How is this woman still in business!! During the times I was in her office, I saw that Dumalo was the cause of a young woman's loss of vision at age 14, that girls life is a mess. professional, she's NOT, regardless of the many years in business, she NEEDS the machines to do her work, or her new staff. She's unreliable,pretentious and puts up a great facade that she's professional. Also I've seen her and her staff, patients behind their backs. Even her husband is scared of her. there are many many other great optometrists in N. Van, and in the city, go there. avoid her like the plague.
