I was referred to Dr. Pal by a doctor at St.Mikes. I needed a contact lens expert as I have severe keratoconus. Dr. Pal helped me with a new lens that most doctors before didn't even offer as an option. This scleral lens has helped my vision immensely. I was so happy to look up and see Dr. Pal clearly for the first time. She is so patient and understanding and never makes you feel rushed. I've been going to their office for 4 months now and I will most definitely recommend her to other people who need a knowledge and advanced eye doctor.

Dr.Pal was the 3rd and final optometrist I visited in the GTA because I had such horrible experiences the first 2 times. Dr.Pal spent sooo much time with me explaining everything in detail about what had gone wrong previously. She really cares about her patients and I will recommend her to anyone who needs a superb eye exam downtown Toronto. Her front staff made the visit fun and homey. See you next year!

She is exceptional, very informed of new technologies and techniques. She is a very friendly optometrist, and I do not know anyone who is not satisfied of her services. I recommend her without hesitation.

Worst experience ever! Staff was rude and tried to upsell me on everything. Doctor Pal was more into talking about herself and her resume then listening to my problems that I hsd. After I left I felt she didnt answer any of my quesitons. I went to another doctor and found out that I had a problem that would have been covered under OHIP. When I called back to Dr. Pal they were rude and told me since I had gone to another doctors office and they had charged ohip they were baskically going to keep the exam fees that i paid. Basically told me tough luck guy. Never will ever go back or recommend them!
