Horrible experience with this company. Seemed all they care about was making money. i had my eye exam to get my prescription for my glasses. After my initial eye test and paid $100, i was told to return the next day so that he could assess my old glasses and that was when i could get my prescription at an additional fee. When i tried to call to get my proscription i was told i could not get my prescription on the phone as it was not policy. after a few weeks, i returned to get the perscription in person and was told i had to pay additional $10 to get my prescription. How insane is it to pay for a service to get your prescription and not get it and be told you have to pay extra to actually get it. Reception staff, Chinese lady, extremely not friendly and when asked about my prescription made a decision first before even asking for my name to looking into my file... lol. I definately do not recommend this company to any body. They have no remorse and showed that all they really care about is the money more than their costumers. really an eeek of a company.
