i have seen Dr Tseng for the last 4 years for routine eye checkup. I decided to see her yesterday for treatment of my Dry Eye Syndrome. It is a condition I have had for the last 20 + years and I became aware it can now be treated successfully by prescription medicine. When get up in the morning and your eyelids are glued to your eyeballs and eye drops don't do anything it is time to find a permanent solution. Dr Tzeng refused to provide me with a prescription telling me my case was not severe enough and it takes up to 3 months for prescription to start working. I think 3 months is better than 20 years of tolerating dry eyes. I found Dr Tzeng did not listen and ignored my concerns. Instead she was telling me to put eyedrops more often, warm compresses etc. which when you do some research find they do not work and I have already done so through the years. When you find someone who is so inflexible and misinformed the only solution is to go somewhere else. I do nor recommend Dr. Tzeng.
