Probably the worst experience with an optometrist I have ever experienced. This appointment was actually for my daughter and we had to wait a total of 1 hr and 45 min over our scheduled appointment. The worse part is that the he has zero emotional intelligence and does not know how to conduct himself in a professional manner, especially in the presence of a child. He did nothing to make my daughter feel comfortable through the eye exam. Instead he displayed frustration when she did not comprehend what he was saying. Perhaps learn how to deal with kids as patients. Just horrible service by a horrible Dr.

I would definitly be elalbige for it but when I went to the office that issues charity care they said I would have to get family care and to do that I would have to get a girl knocked upt thus ruining my life. I must have the therapy for my vision so I can be proven as a safe driver and keep my driver's license, but I have no money right now. This stupid car accident is destroying my life. Does anyone have any ideas? I am at my witt's end! It seems like there is no way for me to get the medical help I need to legally drive again.My car insurance ran out and then my medical coverage through my job ran out, than I had medicaid and that only lasted until Nov. 30th. I live in NJ and I tried to get the right coverage from the Soc. secutiry admin. in Camden but they just told me that I had to get charity care and that I would be elalbige for it since I was elalbige for the medicaid. I am poor unfortunately so I can't pay for coverage right now.
