Dr. Salaba works at Advanced Vision Eyewear Boutique. He seemed competent, but when I had the glasses by LensCrafters, I realized that his prescription was off. When I returned to the office of Dr. Salaba, I was told by one of the staff that I had to wait two weeks for my eyes to adjust even though I knew the problem was that the focal length was off. Having lost confidence and not wanting to put my eyes through two weeks of misuse, I went to another optometrist and found that the prescription was off by .75 in one eye and .25 in the other and the axis was also off. The glasses were redone by LensCrafters and worked perfectly first from the start. When I returned to Advanced Vision Eyewear Boutique to ask for a refund on the exam, they informed me that they could not give me a refund.
