Très compétent - a réglé mon problème d'oeil sec après un bilan complet. Première fois qu'on passait du temps sur mon cas comme cela.

What was going on required a suivi with collaboration, trust, and will for follow-ups. Required customized approach. Required more will than if there's a problem just let me know. Wasn't able to establish that link full of trust. Didn't go the extra mile. For to work, usually involves some kind of extra mile. No wrongdoing intended. Probably if I had trusted more and put in the extra effort in follow-ups results would have been better.
